Returns & Exchanges

At Gym+Coffee, we want you to love your gear; if you're not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 28 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like a size exchange, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal to attach to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized collection point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your request within 5-7 business days of arrival.
